The lady who approached us and asked if we needed help was very polite , she guided us through the process of picking the right mattress We were impressed everything was available for a pre Christmas delivery and we went in to buy the protector , duvet and pillows so we were able to buy everything in one place great service

I had originally ordered a bed from somewhere else and they kept saying my bed and matress was being delivered on a certain day on to be told the day before it had been delayed again. I called dreams a white city and asked if they had any beds and mattresses in navy blue with a quick delivery time as we are sleeping on the floor and the person I spoke to Danny was very helpful and searched until he found me one

Sales assistant (Kam) was very helpful and friendly. She explained everything to us and showed us the best options for us. She also offered us water and hot drink and she gave to my 5 years old son the Log and The unicorn book which made him very happy and more patience to carry on with our shopping.

Kam was excellent - she took us through all of the options that would be suitable to us and didn’t rush us into any decisions. In fact, she encouraged us to take our time in order to make sure we were making the right decision. Thank you Kam, you were brilliant.

The lady I dealt with in the store was extremely helpful and very pleasant and for once no hard sell none sense’ it was an excellent visit .

We were able to browse without being pressured by a sales person,but help as at hand when we needed it..The whole experience tookl less than twenty minutes.

Kam took note of what I was looking for. She explained the mattress assessment & outcomes. She gave me ample opportunity & space to test out the recommended mattresses. I didn't feel pressured to go for any of the recommended products. I was well pleased with the short lead in to the delivery of product.
