We were offered a drink in which my partner had a tea. We used the bed machine which was suggested by Mo, the staff who helped us, in which it told us our type of mattress. Mo then took us around the store and showed us which ones would be applicable to our body types. We ended up choosing a mattress that was right for us. Mo and the team were incredibly helpful and did as much as they could to support us in our search. We got 60% off of the original price to thanks to the New Years sale and free delivery. Would definitely come again.

The lovely chap that helped us out showed us everything in our price range and offered us a bottle of water each and told us about the promo on for pillows which we took up

We were approached shortly after entering the store and the personal assistance we were given was exemplary. We used the mattress finder to advise which mattress was best for us, individually. The assistant, Kam, showed us several options and allowed us as much time as we needed to try out these mattresses. We were given good, sound advice but we felt under no obligation to buy, and were not pushed towards any particular mattress, we were allowed to make the decision ourselves. Kam was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience enjoyable for us both. She is a credit to your Company.
