I visited your store at White City Manchester and approached Danny for his help. I told him what I needed and he directed me to the right section and told me what wasn’t suitable. Within 20 mins I had found my mattress. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I said I’d come back after a think he didn’t try and hard sell or persuade me with sales. I found this welcoming. I did in fact go back the ne today and order in the same store and asked to be served by Danny and the sale was done quickly and easily.

Friendly and helpful staff, we finally decided what mattress we wanted and order it was a good experience.

We were helped out by Jonny who was very patient with us and recommended we use the sleep match as the mattress we wanted Dreams no longer stock in store.

Great service, staff were not overbearing and helpful. Made the purchase process very straight forward.

Great service and good choice

We visited for the second time and were assisted by the same sales person. She was polite, helpful and had a good knowledge of the products we were interested in. She made us feel comfortable in the store and provided a fast service. She also offered hot drinks to us which made the experience more settled.

Kam was our sales person, she was professional from start to finish. Offered me a coffee but unfortunately I had to go back to work. During the day I contacted kam to make a deal and following this we went ba k to store and collected some items and even got my replacement coffee. Thank you Kam you were fabulous.
