The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly. We found a mattress we liked and they were knowledgable on the product, answering all of our questions. We said we were interested but wanted to check another store on the retail park, where we found the salesmen there was very pushy and the the mattresses were more expensive. When we returned to the store, they had brought the mattress through for us in the event we returned and we then bought the mattress. It was a relaxed atmosphere and the staff provided great service which made us more inclined to make our purchase. Great experience and will return in the future.

Our assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She showed us a full range of mattresses and let us choose without pressure.

Very professional and hekpful

I spoke with Jonny during my visit to your store. This is my first time buying a mattress and he took his time to understand what I was looking for by putting me on your sleep machine and took my budget into consideration when showing me the options. I was offered a complimentary drink which is a great touch. Jonny gave me pillows to test a number of mattresses and explained the features of each mattress that was suggested. I was then left alone to try each mattress which was great. He was able to easily answer any questions I had. The ordering process was easy and quick.
