Danny was highly efficient at understanding our needs and making the most of the non exacting information we had given him to give us a quote. A printed quote made all the difference, having all options considered. Questions answered to satisfaction and going home with a warmer feeling that we were closer to ordering a bed of quality and comfort was wonderful. When we bought the bed he even factored in our teenage daughters shyness at lieing on the beds. Very empathetic, not crowding or pressurising. A lovely customer experience.

It was mainly the customer service aspect. Jonny was great, really helpful and knowledgeable, from information about the sleep technology through to products themselves. 10/10

The sales assistant was very customer friendly and had a good knowledge of the products on offer. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy with the products we purchased and is highly recommended. The main reason we were not 100% satisfied was the fact that the product that we wanted was not available in the colour we required, but an alternative colour was found.
