We came to the store and were trying out various mattresses, we were then approached and advised of the sleep test mattress & talked through it and did the test. We then tried the various recommended mattresses and were given time to decide. The best thing is we didn’t feel pressured or pushed, it was very relaxed and we got fully informed and great help. We went to browse and ended up buying

We were highly satisfied with the help we received from our assistant Faz. She was very helpful but we didn't feel pressured. We were shown different mattresses and then left to choose the one we wanted in our own time. She was very professional and friendly.

This was the third bed shop we visited, the products were high quality, with a fantastic price. The staff were really friendly and the process was quick. It was also the quickest delivery time, which was very important.

Daniel really assisted my wife, grand daughter and I choose the right bed and mattress. I was very pleased with the way he explained everything and then left us to look around the store. He was on hand to help with any questions and really did explain the pros and cons as we made a decision to purchase. My wife has recently had a stroke and has difficulty explaining herself Daniel put everyone at ease and gave my wife the time to explain putting her totally at ease. Well done Daniel for making our visit pleasurable and more to the point worthwhile.
