Customer service was really good, knowledgeable on products, no waiting around and reasonable prices

We have very specific measurements for our bed. The team did very well in advising us of all of our options.

We were helped by the staff to find a lovely mattress in a short space of time (without feeling rushed!).

Faz greeted us as soon as we entered the store- she quickly knew what kind of product we were looking for- she gave us a drink showed a us the different options of Tempur mattresses available- she then lay us on the mattress matcher to see what mattress would be best for our sleeping position etc. Faz told us all about the different offers that were currently on. She gave us as much time as we needed and placed our order swiftly for delivery next week. We usually shop in John Lewis for home wear and had been there prior to this store- Faz’s customer service and product knowledge was great- it was much better than that in John Lewis and she’s a credit to you 🤗
