Danny was incredibly helpful

We walked in the store and were greeted by Jonny who was polite and friendly. We used the SleepMatch machine as we had been recommended by a friend to do this. Jonny took us over and explained how it worked and inputted our info. He then took us around the 8 mattresses that we were matched with using our own pillows that he gave us. After we had seen all 8, he offered us a drink and left us to decide which one was best for us. He wasn't a pushy saleman trying to sell the most expensive one, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what was best for us. Thank you Jonny!

My assistant Chantelle was very friendly and knowledgeable offered me tea and coffee and allowed me to try beds out to make my mind up.

Kan was really efficient and approachable when helping us pick a bed. She took us through several options fitting the brief we gave her and within 20 minutes of us arriving we had ordered our bed and mattress.

It was my first time purchasing a mattress, so I was unsure of what I needed / how to go about finding it but Daniel was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. After I used the mattress matching technology, he explained the technology of mattresses in detail but simple enough for me to understand. We then tested lots of different mattress specs and found a suitable one which was actually on offer at a great price. The experience couldn’t have been better and I left feeling very happy!
