Thought the customer service was excellent. Great example of how it should be done. Thanks to Danny for the time he spent with us and all the information he gave us about the product.

We spent a long time in the store and were never made to feel we were out staying our welcome. Chantelle our advisors understood our needs and even though we changed our order, she never indicated that it was a problem at all. She had a lovely calm and helpful manner.

Where to start. I asked about a product and your salesperson bothered to get in touch when it was on offer. Definitely gets my vote. My neighbour bought a bedaswell. Fabulous customer service.

Sale assistant was very friendly and helpful.

Faz (the assistant manager) was brilliant at finding us a mattress that suited both mine and my partner’s differing tastes and needs and made the whole experience very pleasant. We also used the machine which tells you which mattresses are a good fit for you, which was helpful but also really fun.

The shop assistant accommodated our needs and was very friendly. She was very helpful in showing us the products and the options we had. She also listened to what we wanted and chose the best items to suit us. She also put a few extras in for us and gave us drinks whilst we purchased the items.
