I had visited the store on a few occasions as I was very undecided and slightly confused about the type of bed we wanted. Each time we were given excellent advice particularly from an assistant called Elysie. She had good knowledge and answered all our questions which is why we returned and made a purchase.

We visited the edge lane store. Elysia was our assistant. We were overwhelmed by the amount of beds and didn’t have any idea what mattress we wanted. Elysia was so helpful and informative without being too pushy. She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn’t like and she found us the ideal mattress and bed for us. We were both so impressed with her and she made our experience brilliant!

I called into Edge Lane store and was greeted by Dan. I received a warm welcome and he was very knowledgeable about the product I was considering. He could not of been more accommodating and I received a level of customer satisfaction which was lacking from your competitors. This was the reason I committed to my purchase as I was just passing the showroom and didn't really have the intention to place an order but it was the high level of customer service I received which prompted me to buy. Dan is a credit to your company and I will definitely will be a returning customer and will recommend to my family and friends.

Our sales person who's name is Joe, went above and beyond to help us make a decision to purchase our choice of bed, as we have medical conditions, he was very informative in giving us all the information that we needed to make our choice, also very very friendly, and because we were there a while my partner who is diabetic was having low sugars needed just a little bit of something to eat to keep his sugars up he went and got him a hot cup of tea with sugar and choclate biscuits so a duty of care came into play for him, he was exceptional in every way, also the other staff just be anymore helpful with us, explaining the layout of the shop, explaining all the beds and mattresses then left us to browse before making our choice so thank you dreams our shopping trip was joyful,

we were assisted with our choice of bed by a young sales assistant called Joe who gave us good advice on what we should be looking for regarding quality in a mattress. he pointed out certain specifics in different ones and what the combi ones offered. he didnt overwhelm us with jargon and didnt smother us. he gave us enough information to make a reasonable choice and proceeded with the purchase quite quickly. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.

Assistant was able to recommend he most appropriate bed for our attic space and reassure us re: the colour scheme.
