The mattress assessment was great took a lot of testing the wrong mattresses out of the equation Staff were more than helpful, even ended up with new pillows on their recommendation!

Have ordered in the past so new what to expect

Tommy, Jim and Chloe (?) did a fantastic job. From helping us choose the right mattress to picking an ice pillow they were very helpful.

The Sleep Expert Elisha was very welcoming and very efficient in enquiring of our requirements. After using the scanner, she pointed us in the direction of suitable mattresses for us to try at our own pace without adding any time pressure to choose.

Jim the manager was brilliant!

The Hedge End Branch were very helpful with our purchase of a Mattress, Sophia made us feel at ease and answered all our questions and was very COVID aware with the spraying of all surfaces, we would definitely shop in this store again.

Claire, then Dale had great customer service, very professional and friendly manner, the delivery dates were superb to suit our needs for possible moving date, when not having yet completed on house purchase. The terms of protection/cover for accidents were fully explained clearly with no hard push for sales, which i liked. Great experience

I had seen the TV ad. about Dreams but wasn't thinking about a new bed until I moved house and the bedroom could only accommodate a single bed. Dreams seemed the obvious choice and there is a store very near to me. I looked in another store on the same site but Dreams proved to be the best with more choice. I received more help than I expected and it made it easy for me to choose the bed I wanted. The staff were excellent and looked after me with expertise and kindness. In short a pleasure to do business with Dreams and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a new bed.
