Jim was totally there for me , the dream machine experience to make sure my posture was taken into account, whilst choosing the best mattress. Would highly recommend dreams and Jim to anyone I know looking to purchase a bed .

We visited Bensons for beds first which is next door to your Hedge end Dreams branch and we're greeted by a sales person who couldn't sell me a new pair of boxer shorts let alone a Mattress. So popped next door too Dreams and was pleasantly greeted by Dale who asked straight away what would item we would be looking for !! Within 5 minutes we ran down what style of mattress we were looking for and the first mattress out of about 4 was the one we ended up purchasing !! We had memory foam pillows with Dale laying a cover over for hygiene!! Very impressed in this day and age. Once sorted Dale handed us too Sophia and carried out the finalisation of the bill along with some very welcomed discounts and such bright and pleasant attitudes and up for a laugh so we were very comfortable 😀

I found the perfect bed for my new flat I'm disabled the customer service assistant was very friendly and understanding, the second I told him what I am looking for and why he immediately took me to the bed I ended up buying even though I did look at other beds. It's like he read my mind and all the other beds I looked at didn't top the one he showed me, I'm really looking forward to getting my new bed.

I called store beforehand to check the mattress I was interested in was in store for me to try. The store colleague I spoke to James who was very helpful. I visited the store and was approached by James who directed me to the mattress I was interested about, he spoke about the mattress and also suggested I try another similar mattress for comparison. I tried both mattress and decided on my original mattress. The ordering process was very simple and quick so extremely happy.

Dale was very accommodating , knew his products and was able to give sound advice. He went out of his way to help us select complimentary bedside tables and linen box, even shifting items on display to pair with our chosen bed to ensure we were happy with our chiices

We used the Sleepmatch service to select mattresses suitable for our needs. The service suggested the most expensive mattresses but the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the value for money. Very happy with our choice
