We visited 2 stores, one in central Southampton and one in Hedge End. The store in Southampton we were assisted by Rina however she was very pushy and this put us off purchasing in this store as we felt rushed into buying something. Later in the day we visited dreams in Hedge End and we were assisted by Jim who made us feel much more at ease was very helpful and we purchased the mattress here instead. Jim helped us find pillows we wanted also and left us to try different things without watching over us - which can be super awkward when trying mattresses. If everyone was like Jim we would have been highly satisified.

No complaints really I just wasn’t highly satisfied, once I’ve slept on the bed a bit we’ll see. Concerned item I’ve bought may reduce in price soon and leave me out of pocket.

Certain bed frames I would've preferred in a cream or white colour, but beds were not made in these colours. Not an issue, as I selected grey, and not the fault of dreams, as I realise certain colours are in fashion at present.

The experience was very good. I don't have any feedback that can help. Everything thing was very good

I had to go and flag someone down for assistance as we were waiting by the mattress that we had decided to buy. The shop was not overly busy. Once I received some assistance, the service was great.

It was a good experience. Would have been great to get a discount on the mattress.

It will be 4 weeks before my mattress will be delivered. The colour mattress protector was also not available
