James our salesman listened to what we wanted. He put me on the bed that prints out the best mattress for my needs. James then showed me the beds that were recommended .He gave me a pillow and paper to put onto the mattress before explaining the different.mattresses and the prices. I was then left for as long as I needed to try out the different mattresses to see what suited me best. I kept going back and forth keep trying the mattresses until I was happy with one. I was left by salesman and did not feel pressured to rush my choice. Once I made my choice the salesman James came back to discuss options I did not like the base my mattress choice was on so was shown different options and then different headboard choices. I loved the tempur pillow that I used so much I purchased one. The transaction was easy and Salesman James went though everything and total prices showing me everything on the computer screen before my agreement and finalising the purchase. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if I need to purchase another bed.

The staff are extremely helpful and allow customers to take their time to make a decision after providing them with all the relevant information about the products

On arrival we were greeted by Kieran, he was happy to help as we didnt have a clue what type of mattress we wanted. He spent a lot of time with us and nothing was to much trouble. It's actually nice to recieve some good customer service for a change!
