The manager Jim was very good, he explained the products clearly, allowed me time to try a few mattresses. He gave me space and time to process and was easy going through out the conversation. He was respectful and had a likeable personality. He also explained the benefits of getting insurance cover which i would not have known about

A great overall experience. Wonderful store, incredible technology to help choose the correct mattress. Kieran was a pleasure to be served by, he offered complimentary drinks and also a wide variety of pillows to try on each mattress. Very impressive
