We were assisted straight away and had a great experience choosing our new mattress. The guy was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt he was honest and helped us make the right choice.

Jim (legend) and the rest of the staff was so friendly and lovely and easy to talk too. They understood our needs for a VERY FIRM bed (haha) and sold us the best available. The bed recommended is lovely and does the job well. Everything was done efficiently and socially distanced. The delivery date was quick and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Really lovely staff at the (hedge end) store and will be back in 8 years.

The service was very good, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, we were offered water to make us more comfortable while we were waiting to be served. A real pleasure to be back in the shop!

After being in lock down I felt very nervous being out , in the shop I felt safe very quickly felt with my order ,thank you .

Kieran who helped us was extremely helpful and very good at his job. Was very easy to talk to and made the process of buying a bed so much easier. We initially only intended to have a wander around the shop but with Kierans help we were able to find our perfect bed and mattress very quickly. We will definitely be recommending Dreams to other people and we will come back in the future for any future beds we need.
