Tam and Jim were very friendly, open and honest really helped us when we have no clue abouts beds

Very quick and easy to purchase the bed and mattress we wanted, the assistant was new (had only been there a week) but was confident and helpful as well as friendly and knowledgeable!

Tam was particular helpful, very good with our child and very knowledgeable about the beds. The store was clean, and was being cleaned, nice and safe, lots of space.

The welcome I received was special, the service from the Manager Jim and Claire was first class.

We were met by James, explained what we were looking for and he helped us find what that was. He listened to our needs & put these first. Answered our questions with great knowledge. James was very polite, Respectful and knowledgeable of the products. Once we completed the sleep machine he arranged a protective pillow cover & showed us all the range that suited our needs, never once put pressure on us. Offered us refreshments, ran through our purchase twice with us to ensure it was correct from start to finish. Even the other staff came over very friendly store. Would definitely come back . Great customer service with a polite attitude. Well done

I was highly impressed with the sales representative (Kieran). He listened very carefully to our needs (rather than assume) and didn't try to push us in a direction we didn't want to go.....namely a foam mattresses. The end result was that we purchased a natural Flaxby mattress. Very impressed.

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store and had exceptional service from the get go from Kieran! The store was well laid out & had lots of options in store to see what we could get. Everything was explained to us & time was spent understanding our needs/wants.
