Sales agent was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Elisha was very quick to understand what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of some suitable mattresses. She was right as I found the perfect mattress at the perfect level of comfort. She was also very helpful when offering to provide the size information and availability. I decided to go ahead with the order and again Elisha was extremely helpful. I took out BedCover which she also explained very clearly. The store was incredibly clean and all the staff took extra care with the explanation and procedures for trying a mattress, providing a disposable cover for the pillows etc. I was very impressed with the store, it was a very friendly atmosphere and Elisha had just the right amount of presence and gave me space and time when I needed it. Thank you!

Tam was amazing his customer service was spot on he went above and beyond for us the only downside was when we got home we wanted to add sleep motion but the store couldn’t help us add this on it meant cancelling the whole finance and re doing it so we now can’t have sleep motion

We were really happy with our visit to the Dreams store in Hedge End. Firstly they had much better cleaning and social distancing procedures in place compared to other stores we went in to. You were given your own pillow with a cover and beds were being sprayed after having been tried by other customers. We were assisted by Keiran who was incredibly patient with us seeing as it took us over a week and 4 visits to the store before we got a hold of our indecisiveness! He recommended we do the sleep match and he took us through our options and was very knowledgable about the products even though we decided to ignore it and choose a completely different mattress! Every time we came back he was there to greet us and didn't care that we wanted to try a different mattress each time! By the end of our week of great deliberation we had pretty much made a new friend, so much so we thought we better put him on the Christmas card list this year. He'd even taken advantage of the hairdressers opening and got a hair cut for the day of our final purchase! There was a great relationships between colleagues as others were always happy to help should Keiran be busy. Thank you for all your help.

Keiran was friendly and let us get on and test out the mattresses by ourselves without feeling pressured. He also managed to get us some extra discount and extras too :)

We were able to test all of the mattresses. Nothing was a problem. All our questions were answered. The sales person didn't rush us and he was very polite and not pushy.

Quick visit for a new mattress cane out ten minutes later with a comfy mattress. They even helped carry it to the car.
