Polite efficient staff.

Was given just the right level of attention (not too much, not too little - allowed to browse and play with the sofa beds but discretely offered assistance at the right moment). We were both offered bottles of water each as it was hot behind the PPE. Jim (James) was helpful and attentive - an excellent customer service focused employee.

Your staff at the hedge end store were super helpful, Chloe knew her stuff and helped us to come to the right choice of mattress. Also Tommy then helped us with the ordering so all round a great buying experience Thank you

Great customer service from Claire the sales advisor

The service we were given by Tommy and Jim was over an above normally found. Tommy took us to the Dream Experience and explained how it worked, we then tried the mattresses that we were recommended. Tommy was knowledgeable about the products but also the company who made them, he listened to our responses and guided us through the store accordingly to the relevant products. At all times he was conscious of others in the store and to ensure we kept distances etc and we had our own pillow with a cover for us to try. We were allowed as much time as needed and there was no hard sell. We returned later that day after going to other mattress providers and Tommy was not available so Jim took our order which was easy and seamless. Delivery date was less than a week which is amazing. Emails and texts received confirming all the details. I was especially impressed with the recycling of our old mattress which really meant alot to us. Overall fantastic service in everyway and had a great product range.

Friendly and helpful staff member. Used the machine in store to help decide on the right mattress which helped massively to be able to give a number of mattresses to try, rather than laying on every single one in store like we did in a another bed shop.

Very helpful customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly but stayed professional.. Although the machine wasn't working was able to assess perfect match for mattress. I didn't know where to start so it made everything easy and now I have the perrfect mattress. Good knowledge of how old mattress are disposed as environmental factor was important to me.

Offered a drink of water as it was quite hot and we had masks on. Personal service asking about our needs. Gave us time to look around. No hard sales. Not pushy. Bought from them and will be back to buy another mattress in time.

I did check out the benson for beds next door to your store, and even though you both off for good prices and beds what really Done it for me was the lovely service for myself and my daughter who also brought a single mattress from you. The gentleman that served me was called Jim really helpful to us both, the offer of water was lovely and he couldn’t have been more helpful 10/10

We were approached by a member of staff after browsing for a short time, he offered us a hot drink then started by going over what our wants and needs were for out visit. He then preceded to work out what would be best for us, and showed us the machine that decides which mattresses etc would be good for us. He showed us round the different options talking in depth about them all as well as offering advice or his own opinions. He was very friendly and professional throughout and made the experience very pleasant
