We felt very welcomed in the store. Our server Kieran was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, wasn’t too pushy and allowed us to make the decision. We also got to use the mattress selector which was a nice added touch to the selection process. All in all very satisfied with the experience within Dreams.

The 2 guys and helped (store manager and I think the other James) me and my girlfriend in the Southampton, Hedge End store were brilliant. Excellent knowledge of the products and 5* service. Ps, sorry for the 15ish minutes overtime.

My first contact was phoning the store to check they had the mattress I wanted to try, the sales assistant was polite and efficient, confirming they had the mattress in store to try. In the store I was approached by a sales assistant who was polite but friendly, she asked if I needed help and directed me to the mattress I was looking for whilst explaining about the product. She then supplied me with a pillow and disposable cover for hygiene and COVID compliance. She then suggested other mattress options and showed me the ottoman beds which I was also considering. After I tried the mattress the assistant discreetly fogged the area which I was impressed with.

Excellent service, Kieran, our assistant, was very knowledgeable and spent all the tine required to find the correct bed and mattress. He was excellent, made us feel very comfortable and ensured we made the correct final decision on our purchase.

On entry to the store we were greeted by a sales assistant called Kieran who approached us just inside the entrance and explained the company’s and government Covid 19 regulations ,we were asked if we would like a drink which was given to us very professionally Next we were issued with guide lines to using the protection items for testing the beds we were interested in , Kieran proceeded to show us the beds we were interested in along with a very good detail of their makeup and it was very good. Time did not seem to matter to him and we were not rushed through the procedure and answered our questions We purchased our bed and the sale was concluded in a first class manner Can not fault dreams

Knowledgeable friendly staff

From the very start it was a lovely experience. I am always anxious about having to deal with over-bearing sales people. This was just not the case at all. Tim made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. The amount of time Claire spent with us really showing interest in our needs made us feel listened to. She was so helpful and clear.

I have never bought a new mattress before and I felt they understood my needs
