Susan- Sales assistant that was dealing with us while looking for our perfect bed was absoloutely FANTASTIC. Took her time and listened to our needs such as comfiness of the bed as well as how much we would idealy want to spend on the bed and mattress together. She had a good knowledge of the items and took her time to make sure eveeything has been processed correctly on their system when ordering. She offered us some refreshments- water. Jim the Store Manager was abocoloutely fantastic too!! Overall our experience in the Dreams- Hedge End store in Southampton was very enjoable and we left happy with the experience as well as a brand new bed which is being delivered in few weeks time!

We were served by Tam and he checked our requirements and gave recommendations as required

Claire was very friendly too talk too! We got offered a bottle of water each time we attended the store!

I was a little nervous going shopping because of Covid-19, however from the moment I walked into the store I felt “safe”. Jim (James), met me at the door and immediately offered his assistance, explained the store’s safety precautions, cleaning procedures and protection for me and everyone else in the store. He was very approachable with a pleasing persona. He told me he hadn’t worked in the industry for long, which I was surprised at because he was very knowledgeable and knew his products. He encouraged me to complete the assessment machine, (can’t remember what it was called) but didn’t put pressure on, I did the assessment and Jim showed me the mattresses to suit me. I actually bought 2. I would recommend Dreams in future and especially Jim, he’s an asset to your company, get him training any newcomers to your company. Thanks Jim.

Once we arrived we where greeted by Harriet who was very friendly and welcoming into the store.we felt at ease with her and there was no pressure from her to buy anything.she explained and answered any questions with ease and we also had a good laugh with her.we left store to look at other mattresses next door in bensons but the service was awful so we went straight back to Harriet in Dreams and ordered what we wanted.in all we where very impressed with the customer experience from Harriet.

It was very welcoming.. we had help to choose our mattress and claire was amazing at helping us and putting us at ease when we didnt have clue what we wanted. We found the best mattress for us and then picked a bed frame which claire knew all about.

Helpful assistance, overall good quality items. Bit pricey but hopefully worth.

Kieran was very professional and his knowledge of the products was top drawer and we were 100%. Sure we chose the correct mattress 👍
