Very satisfied with our overall experience, especially the member of staff who dealt with us. There knowledge and understanding of our needs helped us to make our choice very quickly and the use of the sleepmatch. Will definitely be recommending dreams to family and friends.

Friendly staff, I felt safe (Covid), good selection of beds/mattresses. Staff member was knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Lots of options were presented to us and we were able to take our time.

Harriet the sales assistant, was highly efficient, knowledgeable of the products shown us, and very helpful. She had fabulous customer service. Also, I'd like to mention the store manager, Jim (I think) who was equally helpful and pleasant.

We were greeted with a friendly face. The staff were very knowledgeable. The staff gave us time to decide & there was no pressure.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from James A in the hedge store. He made the whole process very simple and stress free and was extremely knowledgeable on the products. I didn’t feel pressured at all either which was great. I came to the store quite late and near closing but we still managed to get my order through which was excellent. 100% would recommend the Hedge end store again and James A especially.

Knowledgeable friendly and not pushy

Lovely young lady gave me her full attention. So helpful and wanted to be sure I had fully tested and tried the mattress to be sure that I was happy with my choice. All socially distanced and sanitised. It was a very pleasant experience.
