We looked around many bed stores before visiting dreams in hedge end,Claire was lovely from start to finish,taking care all guidelines was followed explained what we were looking for and we’re giving about 5 choices of beds ,haven’t got are bed yet but cannot wait .

The assistant made the experience a relaxed and comfortable visit.

The assistant Eleisha was very attentive and helpful but gave me time and space to assess each mattress I tried. Haven't bought a new bed for myself for over 20 years and was impressed by the new technology. I enjoyed my experience at Dreams and look forward to getting a good nights sleep on my new bed in a few weeks- less waiting time than I had expected!

We were treated with kindness cold water to begin with then full explaination of the various other things that we could benefit from including bedcover together with mattress covers and pillows, and when the mattress could be delivered with the old me being taken away in the green bag provided.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and we were pleased with advice given.

Apologies - I cannot remember the lady’s name at Hedge End store, but an extremely professional yet humours lady who anticipated ours needs and facilitated a quick yet swept up shopping visit to Dreams Hedge End. All three on that afternoon were very good, but the Geordie accented lady stood out. Thanks Paul

I visited the store twice in one week. The first time I placed an order for a divan base and mattress then second time a king size mattress and I purchase a bed frame and other items from Feather and Black upstairs. All staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and I felt very safe with all the sanitising. We used the sleep match service to find our mattress. Items were great value for money and I was even helped to purchase duvets, pillows and protectors. We were offered refreshments both time I visited which was welcomed as it was hot and made hotter in masks. All in all a very good experience.

Tam, the employee who assisted us, immediately approached us as we entered and offered his assistance. He guided us through the whole process and made it a very friendly and relaxing experience.
