Me and my wife booked a slot in your Hedge End branch for 17th July. We put our masks on and were pleased to see how clean and tidy the store was. We were greeted by the store manager Jim, he was really polite and explained the cleaning process, as well as guiding us to the new sleep match machine. He made us feel at ease as we hopped onto the machine. He gave us pillows wrapped in paper for sanitation purposes, He then passed us over to the Claire in sales. Claire was really easy to talk to, with a really decent amount of knowledge about each bed we layed on. Both Claire and Jim offered us drinks, which was a nice gesture on a hot day. I asked Claire if me and my wife could take a few moments to discuss. We didn't plan on buying a bed right away, however the first bed was perfect, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The payment was pretty quick and easy. There is also an option to collect our old bed and I asked Claire If the bed is recycled when it's taken away, to which she said all old bed parts are always recycled. Which is an absolute bonus. Overall this was a positive experience for us, and if we ever need another bed in the future, we will be coming back.

On entering the store we were greeted well and the staff had a manner about them. The Store Manager was the individual that served us, he was excellent and said he brings a policy of not watching over people during their time in the store and I love this! As a customer the first thing that puts me off buying something is someone following you round the shop and not allowing time to think.

The assistant manager Claire was helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help me decide on my mattress choice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Super service.

James was extremely friendly and helpful whilst dealing with our queries. His knowledge appeared to be well grounded and what he didn't know he readily found out for myself and my wife. The store was well laid out and clean.

The store manager provided us with a bed that, hopefully, will satsfy our requirements.
