Sophia listened to what we wanted and provided a good range of options showing good product knowledge. She was also very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by friendly staff, offered refreshments and a pillow although we weren't looking for a mattress. Our assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. We found what we wanted, made our purchase and left feeling we had a good experience in your store.

We were greeted by Carl at the Hedge End store who showed us to the specific bed frame that we were interested in having previously researched on-line. Tommy took over to assist in purchasing a mattress for the bed frame and tried several with our pillows!! The whole experience of buying our bed and mattress was so easy and the service was excellent. Thank you Guys!!!

Very satisfied with the product, friendly staff we we offered a drink and made to feel welcome. The staff member that served us done her upmost to meet our needs. All done in a timely way and given a date of delivery before we left the store.

Time was taken to evaluate our needs and we were given assistance and patience to make our own decision without any pressure. We were helped primarily by Chloe and then Jim who were very knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was the guarantee period for the product and trying to sell us a warranty as we would have expected a longer guarantee on the high quality mattress we purchased.

Very friendly staff from the start. Enjoyed the mattress detection experience which enabled us to understand a target selection of goods. Though I must confess we were invited mainly to look at the upper side of the price range. Probably a positive given that the mattress should last longer and help with prolonged back pain. We were very well looked after from entering through to trying out beds - all the way through to buying. We were looked after by a Sophia in the Hedge End branch who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks!
