We visited the Hedge End branch and Claire was so helpful, immediately spotted that we needed help and guided us to the bed that tells you your pressure points and suggests mattresses. She then showed us every mattress on the list and was super patient when we kept going back and forth! The ordering process was quick and easy, we really can’t fault our visit and are so excited for our new mattress to arrive! I’d also like to add that Claire’s knowledge of all the mattresses was very impressive and we feel confident in the advice and information she gave.

Staff member ( Claire) made her self available without being pushy, she welcomed us as we walked in the store and was very helpful, we particularly liked the mattress test to see which mattress would be suitable for our needs.

Alicja was fantastic. Her product knowledge and care were spot on. She was very good at finding out exactly what we needed and helping us to select just the right mattress. The manager James (I think) was also really friendly and engaging and we instantly felt we would come back to buy again. We were delighted to be offered ice cold bottles of water on such a warm evening. Thank you for exemplary service and a sincere warmth that is rare.... Both staff member and store manager were very helpful in attending to my requests and needs. They made sure I felt comfortable and explained any questions I had with great detail therefore easing any anxieties or uncertainties I had.

The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable, she listened to my wants, needs and concerns and acted on them accordingly, I wanted two beds, but different, the lady was so helpful, I got everything I needed and the delivery was less than a week, the beds have been delivered today
