Dreams

From entering to leaving the store we were extremely impressed with the overall experience. We were greeted by the friendly manager and offered ppe to use whilst browsing. We found the mattress machine helpful with our selection also. The store was bright, cheery and felt clean. The staff were very attentive without being pushy. A lady called Claire dealt with us and our subsequent purchase. She was lovely, smiley, very friendly and answered any questions we had without hesitation. Her manner and made us feel comfortable with our purchase and we had our order complete in no time. We were given bottled water whilst in the store as it was quite a warm day, thats a nice personal touch. Thankyou. Please pass on our gratitude to the store members as a whole. They are all a credit to the company. Well done. X

The person the served me took the time to understand what I was looking for and after seeing a few with him and knowing that wasn’t quite right brought one up online that they didn’t have in store that matched what I was looking for that I purchased

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the things I appreciate about Dreams (I have shopped there before and also recently took my parents to a different Dreams store) is that there is no high pressure sales at all. We were shown a range of mattresses at different price levels - absolutely no bias towards higher price products (although we chose one of the more expensive mattresses). We were given plenty of time to try the mattresses. Very impressed.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the shop by Claire in HedgeEnd, She was helpful and went out of her way to get us the right beds to fit into our time scale. Thank you to Claire,

The young lady we dealt with was very professional and knowledgable about the products on offer. She was friendly and made us feel relaxed taking time to ensure she fully understood our needs, demonstrating options available on a number of products. We only visited the store to give us an idea of products available but we’re so impressed that we placed an order there and then.

The assistant was very good she had only been there a few weeks but had no trouble in showing us anything we wanted even if it was a combination of things to suit the bed she should be praised for being so good and finding it no problem what ever it was that partly why we didnt move till we had found what we wanted very ggod

Fantastic range of products. Well trained staff with lots of knowledge helped guide us through what can be a time consuming and difficult choice.

Alicia greeted us and made us feel welcome on arrival. Other staff helped find entertain for our children so we had the opportunity to look round. Alicia was knowledgeable and listened to what we were after
