Very helpful staff, offered water and informed us that there was a short wait whilst other staff were dealing with customers

The friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the store it what we really liked. We did go into benson for beds first and we did not like it in there as the atmosphere was gloomy seemed unclean and unsanitary relying on costumers just to know their policy and we were not acknowledged by the staff. In dreams we were spoken to very quickly and helped, it was extremely clean (staff spraying beds we were given our own pillows) and we were offered water which was a nice touch. Jim the store manager was excellent and Alicia was lovely it was all very relaxed and you could have a laugh with them.

Staff were very knowledgable and efficient. Clare who was new to the store was very friendly and immediately sought assistance from Jim the manager when she was unsure of something. Paperwork and ordering process was conducted efficiently and professionally. Could not fault in any way. Disappointed that order process takes 7 weeks but when explanation given that mattress was made to order, we understood the timing

We were greeted by the store manager Jim who was very friendly and approachable. We had been to competitor stores and both said we would rather buy from dreams down to the excellent customer service

Customer service was excellent, we were able to take our time to decide what products to purchase and was not put under any pressure to hurry up or into buying something that we did not want.

Excellant customer service and prices

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Made 2 visits on 2 seperate days as we were unable to decide whether to change the size of our bed or just buy a mattress for our existing bed. Staff ensured that the staff member who assisted us on day 1 (Aisha) was available to assist us on day 2. Managers and staff very accommodating and helpful throughout both visits. Very satisfied

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Claire, and although she is fairly new to the store, was completely professional and helpful. She assisted in finding the right products for us. We were also assisted by the deputy store manager (another Claire), who was also extremely helpful.
