The assistant was very kind and explained clearly the benefits of the various mattresses. He even arranged a free afternoon delivery out of consideration for my husband's chronic health condition

We were very happy with the assistance in finding a new bed and mattress , we used the in store bed technology which narrowed down our search as there was a lot to choose from and look forward to receiving our new purchase We also purchased some new tempur cool pillows that we took home and they are excellent

As soon as we walked in, Claire came straight over and was very attentive. She recommended we lay on the sleep match bed to decide which beds were suited to us. Her knowledge of all the mattresses was amazing. She answered every question I asked and also got the delivery date that I wanted for me.
