Sales lady was brilliant, helped with all awkwardness went above and beyond finding out the information she didn't know. Even stayed over her shift to help us. Didn't push us into purchasing anything not needed.

Our second time purchasing a mattress from Dreams and again it did not disappoint. The Assistant Manager if the Hedge End store was incredibly helpful, very informative and efficient in placing our order. Very friendly and understanding of what we were looking for - and knowledgeable on the Marina Mattress that we purchased and it's manufacturing process.

When visiting the hedge end store I was welcomed by Thomas, firstly he offered me a drink and then asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help looking I was looking for a mattress and bed frame so he then set me up in the mattress test machine, once I knew what type of mattress I was looking for he gave me a covid safe pillow and took me around the shop to try out some mattresses he was very helpful in explaining what the differences were and how they could impact my sleep he then helped me choose a bed frame that would be best fit for my bedroom I ended up buying a bed frame and mattress from dreams. My overall experience was fantastic and I can’t wait for my order to arrive! I would 100% recommend dreams to anyone looking for a bed frame or a mattress!

Tommy took time to understand what we wanted and needed and worked within the price parameters we gave him, delivered in a friendly, warm demeanour.

The assistant who served us (Tam) was very knowledgable and took time to answer all of our questions. Tam was very friendly, has a good sense of humour, immediately put us at ease and wasn't at all pushy.

I was assisted by Jim who was very friendly and attentive. He genuinely cared about getting us the correct product and gave us ample time to consider our options. He wasn't there to sell us a product he was there to help and the service was excellent.
