Tommy x was very friendly and a brilliant sales man x We had No intention in buying anything when we entered the store. He quickly gained our confidence as he seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted.

Short to the point and polite

We visited two stores Truro and Hedge End in one day.. Geoff at Truro was superb and helped us even though we weren't local and organised Hedge End to get in contact. Elisha in Hedge was superb with us.

I was met by Dale, showed him exactly what I was looking for ex Dreams website. Immediately shown to a double (I was looking to buy two singles) tried the bed and was satisfied it met my needs. Immediately placed my order, delivery date agreed, job done. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant service from someone who obviously cares about the job, we were greeted by a smile of welcome and made to feel at our ease . Knowledge of the products gave us confidence to make informed choices and left us feeling pleased both with the quality of the service as well as the products. Well done from two old fogies who really enjoyed getting this style of service, all too often we are met with a lacklustre service where please and thank you are sadly missing. You have a team to be proud of.😊

Claire L assisted us with finding out perfect mattress. She was very welcoming and fully of understanding of what we were looking for. And was patient letting me go back and forth trying the mattresses until we made a decision.

The staff were very friendly. After a brief description of what I wanted, they were able to guide me through beds and mattresses. I knew what I wanted and she was extremely helpful.

Jim the store manager was fantastic with me. I popped in just to get some ideas of what I wanted for my new home, and he was so knowledgeable and helpful I ended up buying my daughter a new bed. Jim was very patient with me while I decided, and showed me a range of options. He added a personal touch to the visit, even by showing me the product I was looking at in his own home through photos. Jim allows me to lie on the bed, covering the pillow with paper towels and offered me a bottle of water while I completed the purchase. Jim was very friendly, and made me feel at ease through the whole experience. I fully recommend dreams in HedgeEnd to anyone who is looking for a new bed!
