Was Greeted by the Store manager (Jim) who handled our order from start to finish.

We enjoyed the technology to work out our perfect mattress, brilliant!

Our assistant, Sophia, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood our needs and helped us pick a suitable mattress and pillows.

Katie was extremely knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to decide which was best for us. She gave us lots of options too

Dreams representative Claire, from the Hedgeend store welcomed us and provided us with information and knowledge in choosing a new mattress. We used the mattress choice machine. From this result, Claire continued to show us which mattress would benefit. She was friendly, attentive and respectful throughout our visit. I can't commend her highly enough. A valuable asset to your team.
