We visited last Friday and Claire from your hedge end branched helped a very hard work 3 year old with finding a bed. She was patient and let us try many out. She was very helpful.

The experience I had with dreams in store and over the phone ordering was brilliant, the lady helping us manage to find different beds and mattress suitable for us in our budget, we were really happy with the deals they had on in store, very helpful staff member that took her time to help us.

When myself and my wife entered the store the young girl Sophia asked if she could help we said we would like to have a look around first and she asked what we were looking for we said we were looking for a new bed And from then on she was very helpful and very knowledgeable even though I believe she hasn’t been working there very long but she answered all of our questions straight away if every shop had a girl like her I think dreams would be doing very well

The staff were wonderful they helped me with everything I wanted and had a great nature, they are a credit to your company.

When we entered store we we greet by a friendly member of staff who listened to what we wanted to look at and what we wanted in a mattress and were shown several to compare and try and made our choice. We were then told choice of delivery dates and were pleased to accept the option to recycle our current mattress

The staff member who helped us, Tommy, is the reason for why we were so happy with our experience at Dreams. As soon as we entered the store he asked if he could help us but he was absolutely not pushy at all, far from it. He told us about the machine thingy that evaluates which mattress is best so we decided to use it. He then very patiently (and unobtrusively) led us round the various mattresses, bringing us refreshments while we tested them, and his extensive knowledge was really helpful. He gave us confidence in the product which is why we bought both the mattress and bedframe that afternoon (we had planned to shop around). Tommy is highly professional, friendly and has a very gentle manner which makes such a nice change from what are far too often brash, pushy salesmen.
