Jim was very friendly and professional. Was very knowledgeable about the different offers and attributes on mattresses/beds. I never felt pressured to buy, was just given absolutely every bit of information I needed. Coffee offered and i was not rushed. I was really surprised at the timely delivery date offered. This order for 2 single beds has followed a recent completed order and efficient delivery of a double bed, with delivery time communicated well on the day, and polite team of two who assembled the new bed and took away the old one. I would definitely shop at dreams again.

Jim was a great help to us. He offered us a drink when we first arrived and asked how he could help. He went through all the options with us and then gave us some time to think, also offering us a drink again. We did some thinking and decided to go next door to the other bed shop. We did not get the same welcome or the same assistance in ref to what we were looking for so we walk around a bit unsure so left and came back into Dreams. Jim again was there to greet us and thanked us for coming back. We talked some more about what we wanted and Jim helped a lot. Great service and we left very happy. The only feedback we would give is that Jim told us he was new to this industry, which was absolutely fine to tell us once but he must of told us at least four times which we felt wasn’t needed. Great service and would definitely recommend. Thanks Jim
