Claire was very friendly and listened to the budget I was working in. After looking round the store once there was no help from other sales assistants (as Claire was already with another customer) , but when I came back a little while later, she was more than happy to help me. Claire helped me with the cost of my bed being assembled by Dreams as she knew I was moving to a new house and had a lot to organise. This was very helpful. Using Sleep Match in store to test out which mattress was best for me was extremely useful & again Claire helped me to select the best mattress for my comfort but also in my price range.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful. We initially visiting next door benson beds before dreams and found our experience at dreams a1. The bed machine to identify the top list of beds suitable to us was brilliant and the lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushing which often puts us off. We didn’t feel we were being sold something not suitable at any time and she gave a lot of her time In helping us find the right product.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff, pointed in the right direction of the mattress we wanted. Offered a drink when placing the order. Overall, very good service.

Elisha, who helped me choose a mattress and bed was extremely helpful. She did not rush me into making a decision. She was very knowledgeable about all the beds chosen for me to look at. I was very impressed with the way the correct mattress specifically for my needs was chosen. A wide range of different beds to choose from. Excellent service!

My wife and I had booked a 10 am appointment on Friday 29th October at the Hedge End branch, to buy a new mattress for a double bed and were met by a member of staff, Elisha. We were immediately offered coffee by the Manager, Jim, which was good quality and much appreciated. Elisha then explained the 'Sleepmatch' system and my wife went through the process, which produced three suggested mattresses, which were duly tested. Throughout the entire process we received excellent service, advice and information from Elisha about the manufacturing processes, the various different materials and so on. Once we settled on the best mattress to suit our needs, the ordering process was handled quickly, efficiently with excellent information on the delivery date and the means of communication in confirmation, which arrived by email next day. Jim had meanwhile offered more coffee, but this time we thanked him but declined. We left the store totally satisfied in every respect with the knowledge of the staff, their courteous, polite and helpful approach to what is an important investment for a pensioner. Many thanks to Jim and Elisha and to Dreams. Well done indeed.

All questions were answered. Time given to ensure we were entirely happy. No pressure of any sort exerted. Friendliness of all staff.

Our first visit we were met by Claire who offered assistance straight away. We didn’t know what mattress we needed and she showed us straight to your sleep motion technology which helped a lot and her product knowledge was great. After having a think and we returned to purchase the mattress and the bed. This time met by Tommy, he had only been there 6 weeks and was great! He ordered everything for us and spoke through everything step by step - even got a free mattress protector!!

The assistant was attentive, understood his stock, went out of his way to help and in fact helped us over and above with our purchases. A great experience and we’ll be back to order the bed!!!
