Everyone was so helpful. Sophia helped us find the right bed for us and spent 45 minutes will we were trying to decide. She helped us choose the right mattress and frame and kept us under budget.

Tommy was incredibly attentive without being pushy. Provided us with all the information we needed to help with our decision and was then professional all the way the our transaction.

The shop assistant was very helpful and knew her products.

We were greeted on entry to the store by Jim the store manager. Social distancing was adhered to instantly. He introduced himself and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told He guided us right the way through, but privacy was given and not stood over us whilst we tried different options with adequate protection provided. We were able to use the simulator in store which analyses you're body That was a great and somewhat funny experience. Everything was well organised and covid quite lines clearly observed. Jim was polite and pleasant the whole time. There was no pressure which is one thing I hate going into a lot of shops We were also not rushed into making any decision nor on trying to access the very slow Internet service in store to be able to access my discount scheme through the company I work for. Overall a pleasant visit. Would recommend anybody to visit dreams at Hedge End and to speak with Jim The atmosphere and set up he has instilled there is great, no pushiness, no standing over or following "potential" customers. The type of store I like to visit. Well done to Jim

Elisha was very helpful and did not pressure us to make any particular decision. She had excellent knowledge of the products and spent enough time with us without being overbearing (which is a skill in its own right). We were very happy with the service and product - and assuming all goes well with the delivery - we would be very happy to recommend Dreams.
