We were highly satisfied with the attention to detail of what we required as customers as my wife has a bad back also the customer service representative was very informative and helpful , all the staff were happy and helpful although the store was very busy !!

We were served by the store manager today. He was very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for. He offered a bottle of cold water which was lovely as wearing masks can make you warm. He was happy and helpful. Just a pleasure to complete our order with.

Sophia made my shopping experience seamless. She was professional yet friendly putting you at immediate ease. She was patient and nothing seemed to much trouble for her. Great service and excellent customer care skills - as was her colleague. I did visit 2 competitors on the same day of my visit and wasn't treated the same way as your team did and I wasn't as impressed with the product.

Easy, friendly, hassle free purchase

James was very attentive and helpful. I needed a lot of advice and he answered everything for me. Nothing was a problem for him. He had exceptional product knowledge for which I was grateful as I’d no idea which type of mattress I needed. Fantastic service. No pressure selling, had there been, I wouldn’t have bought anything.
