The guy that greeted me ( I think his name was John) was very efficient, courteous and accommodating. Went in for a safety check forgot my registration in glove compartment and instead of making me go back out to get it he offered to get it for me. He also came back with old registrations and insurance card and offered to shred them for me. Never have I ever received such excellent service…this was the first and I’m very impressed!! Will definitely tell others how great the customer service is at Midas on Kaahumanu Street!!

Charlie was extremely helpful in the scheduling process. She took my quote request and also looked for current promos to assist with pricing. She scheduled us and also worked to get something new when we had to push back a week. Rico and the staff were also great (as always), courteous and very fast. Told me 1-2 hours, finished my brake fluid and oil change in under an hour.

Friendly courteous service, especially Charlie at the reception desk; received estimate of work to be done with various options on what could be done, then I gave go-ahead on what I wanted done. Work was completed ahead of estimated time, and everything was done to my satisfaction. Car was waiting outside the front door when I was ready to go. All in all, a very positive experience.

A friend did an oil change on my car and forgot to replace a gasket, took it to this guy's and they took the time, listen to my issue, and resolve it in minutes. Went the extra mile to help me and resolve my issue. Definitely scheduleding in this location for the next oil change. Friendliness with all the staff is 100%... I have no problem recommending this midas, will drop off my cars and leave with no worries.
