They have friendly and great staffs. They are always accommodating. Since I ve been with them with my oil change and safety check I have always been satisfied with the service they give. I live in waipahu but I always go midas pearl city for my car.

The staff at this location were very helpful in explaining the Hawaii safety inspection process and they were flexible when I had to reschedule the appointment due to not having my Hawaii car insurance established. The employee I was working with was even kind enough to schedule my 2nd vehicle on the same day back to back with my first vehicle for ease of scheduling on my part.

Fast service. I didn't have to wait too long which was good because their waiting room was closed due to the virus.

Fast efficient drop off processing. Oil Change, tire rotation, and safety check were done quickly and efficiently. Brake inspection was requested, but no problems were found, and no unnecessary services were performed. Car was ready when promised. Check out and payment was processed with no problems. Service rep Charlie was friendly and courteous.
