I telephoned and got an appointment for the same day. I thought that was really great!. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brian and very quickly he took my information and my vehicle was whisked away for its oil change. The whole process was very easy and quick. I barely had time to do the little bit of work I brought with me, before my vehicle was brought back out. I paid and was out the door in about 1/2 an hour. I liked the waiting area, the wifi, the fact that coffee was available if desired and the friendliness of the staff. The bill was as explained, no surprises. All in all, a great experience.

They took the car in minutes after we arrived. The man at the desk told us exactly what the problem was, how long it would take to fix, and what it would cost. He was extremely friendly. The part were delivered promptly, and the repairs were done quickly . It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
