"Scheduled a winter/summer tire swap. Got into the Shop quickly. While the wheels were off, the Service Technician inspected and recorded the tire wear on both sets of tires, inspected the Breaks, Steering linkage and Springs and Shocks. Since these are major safety components, I was impressed with the overview of the system; rather than just the single components that I had initiated the service for. I feel the Service Technician exercised a professional service approach for his customer. Taking all the mystery out of the safe operation of my vehicle sure makes my travels less of a future concern or a surprise on the busy roadways in Ontario. The Service Technician also noticed that my oil and filter needed changing as well. That too was added to the service the same day; without needing to reschedule. I left feeling secure and happy with the overall Service; because it was very Professional. That feeling of being in good, ethical hands means a lot!"

The manager was able to squeeze me in for a seasonal tires on rims swap out, they fit me in on a Saturday, and had the work done quickly. My two children were there with me, and the manager as soon as he took care of the business side of things with me, interacted with the children and answered their questions, and even offered them candies from the customer appreciation dish, and even gave them a snack bag of Oreos. The service tech that worked on my vehicle was happy to answer my questions about the condition of my brake pads and rotors. The team was professional, polite, although as a fellow skilled trades I might be slightly biased, the Midas team in Stratford are top notch.

Very thorough inspection and service manager gave great advice on preventative maintenance. Finished on time and on quote. Very impressed

Booked an appointment for a tire change over and oil change. Was very quick and was told the condition of my brakes. I know the rear brakes are getting bad but have a mechanic that works on my car.
