I did buy my tires and had them mounted on custom wheel at you store.The tire was do to be rotated and balanced one tire also had a nail in middle of the tread. When they was rotating and fixing the flat one of the installers put the custom wheel face down and the claws went into the face of the wheel. When we came to pick up truck 2 guys came right out and said one of the wheels got damage when repairing the. flat.The man assured me he was at fault and it was going to be taken care of. Your man did contact me about off set of wheel no further contact yet. The tire they repaired and damaged wheel still has a slow leak I have to add air. I do have 6 car that through the year have been serviced at that store. I really just want wheel replaced and flat fix.

I bought some tires online, I made the appointment to fit them, they gave me the appointment, and when I got to put my tires, they were not in the store and they rescheduled me for another day, and they told me that I had to pay for tires and service at that time to be able to have an appointment in the following week

Wait time- over 90 minutes Noticed car pulling to right on way home. Next morning warning light and dash message low tire pressure, in 36 degree weather. 77-year old me finds pressure gauge, 25-26 pounds all 4 tires. Called Big-O; suggest I drive back to get correct inflation through holiday traffic on bell road while passing by another Big-O in Sun City closer to me? NO WAY! So there was time to sell me an air filter, but not time to test drive car? Wait area: plush chairs hard to get up out of for me, improper for distancing, no options for seating, how could a mechanic not re-inlate tires? How do I know air filter was even installed? Our multiple vehicles will never go to Glendale Big-O again.

I ended up paying over $1100. for Overheating on my vehicle. I think I was taken advantage of.

I am a 20+ year customer and this is the first AND last time I will have to put up with the high pressure when I arrive. I told the tech I wanted the standard oil change I have always had but he refused to give me the $29 oil change and insisted I get the $45 oil change ‘with $10 off) stating that GM recommends the dexos oil but neither he nor another associate could explain what it was or why I should have it. He also went on for 10 minutes to try to sell me more garbage after I told him numerous times I wanted the same oil change I have been getting for the past 20 years. My cost this time was twice what I paid in December 2019 and March 2020, I WILL NOT be returning, the customer service is now horrible, not what I had been accustomed to.
