I made an appt for 10:00am. By 10:35 my car had not been touched. When I asked a man at the front desk if my car would be serviced soon he very condescendingly said “if I had a crystal ball and knew I’d be down a worker then we wouldn’t have this problem. You need to have some patience.” Needless to say I left without my oil change. All they had to do was tell me they we behind when I dropped off my car. I had beef getting my oil changed at this location for 10+ years but I will never go back.

Be up front and honest about pricing. Don’t overcharge for an inferior product. No huge hidden costs. Do the work in the time you said or contact me to let me know what’s happening. Don’t give excuses and lie to me about your mistakes. Don’t try to upswell me and hold my car hostage after I’ve already spent more money and way more time with you than was ever thought possible.

Hire new people. Ralph and his team were amazing. This new owner and employees suck I will never come to this location ever again and I’ve been coming here for 15 years. Lazy and rude employees WOW I just couldn’t believe it. Went to discount tire, they took care of me free of charge even though I bought the tires at big O. Very very disappointed!!!

That store needs to honor their commitment/estimates given on the phone and complete the job as per the requirements.

LJ manager informed me when I return to pick up my truck for a flat repair that your tec damage a custom wheel and assured me your store was going to take care of it. The communication from LJ was ok at first but as it went on for about 8 month or more you can look on my acct. Rob Stafford when the damage happen and when I had to finally h bring it to a end. All I got from LJ was one problem one after another. I had countless messages left at store no return calls. I finally texted his phone and started communication myself. I work in the 90's in management with Les Schwab tire center and was taught when everything is going good it's easy BUT when something goes wrong it is how you handle it with Les Schwab in those days it was communication and asking some higher up in the program for help. Training is what it takes to handle problems.I think I did give him enough time to fix it on his own. He does need more guidance and training.

I waited 8 hours IN STORE for my car. I paid $400 to have the problem not 100% solved. I was told I need a new wiring harness; then I was told “no one makes them.” Next day, car dies.

Teach your service writers to not take advantage of women and never to hang-up on a decade long customer who bring you 3 to 5 cars for services
