Big O Tires

Been coming to this big o for several years, feel like prices are good and mechanics knowledgeable. Had appointment for oil change at 2pm, took over 2 and half hours to complete. No, updates while I dat and waited. Tires were also rotated but pressures not adjusted, TPMS went off while going to Flagstaff. Tires are 51 in rear and 44 in front. Have had good experiences here but not sure I will drive half an hour to come back again.

I have had my vehicles serviced at this specific Big O location for over 20 years, even when I moved I traveled to this location due to the excellent service I have always received, however today was very disappointing. I had an appointment for an oil change and was greeted with a 10 minute "upsale" to purchase additional services. I was told I "had" to have the $49.95 Oil change as it's the one for GM cars but they would give me a $10 discount. When I asked why I could not get the $29.95 oil change, two separate techs could not explain the difference but my "salesman" stated it was the one I needed and the semi-synthetic oil was not compatible with my vehicle. My oil changes in December 2019 and March 2020 both cost $20-$25 with the discounts Big O applied but today's oil change was over $45, more than double my recent oil changes. I am not sure if they are under new management but if so I do not plan on returning if they feel doubling the cost is customer service. I'll be happy to look somewhere closer to home.

Fue la peor experiencia en la tienda, fui atendida por el sr Roberto Valenzuela.Muy mala experiencia y no quiero volver a tener contacto con el senor. Llegue a la tienda porque mi neumatico trasero del lado derecho estaba desinflado, tome la fotografia de este neumatico desde varios angulos, entre a la tienda solicitando ayuda en espanol y que por favor colocaran aire al neumatico. Este senor me atiende, ingresa mi vehiculo a revision, al rato me llama para mostrarme los danos del neumatico, en seguida me percato, que algo no esta bien; ante su incistencia de que comprara neumaticos nuevos, solo le dije coloquele aire y ya. Me retiro de la tienda molesta en busqueda de una amiga que habla ingles para que me ayudara hacer el reclamo. Regresamos a la tienda y pedimos hablar con el manager,no estaba, pero fui atendida por el encargado Curris, el en seguida con mis fotografias, entiende que el neumatico no llego con ese dano y es insolito que rodarlo de donde estaba estacionado a revision, pudiera causar ese dano. Solucion? Sr Roberto ofrece una llanta nueva de otra marca, pero rechazo su oferta y le exijo que sea la misma marca, se pone molesto y me alza la voz.

I don't mind paying for a service but 15min of labor at $100.00 dollars will not have me shopping at big o for my next set tire. I just had two tires dismounted and two tires I supplied mounted without balancing and it was the same price with or without balancing. Half the labor full price

Had an appointment but still took several hours, pricing on website was inaccurate, oil change was not even done. Price plus installation on website was not even close to the final bill. It was also communicated that an oil change was needed and that was not completed. I did not even realize it wasn't done until reviewing the receipt and it wasn't on there.

I was charged for a service, alignment, that wasn’t performed. I tried to resolve it with the store manager who lied several times and then accused me of causing the damage myself. I have very little confidence that the other work they did was either performed at all or performed well. I went in for brake pads and was told my shocks were leaking. These are the same people that told me I needed an alignment and didnt do the work. How am I supposed to believe? I really had leaky shocks and that the store actually replace them? Any trust I had is gone.

Id never go back here I had an appointment for 4pm I arrived at 355. They did not start working on my car until 450. I was there until after 530. Why would it ever take this long to get an oil change that had an appointment I will be leaving a long detailed review on Google about my dissatisfaction

WE have asked to speak to a general manager for over a week now and noone thinks it is important to call us back. Forcing us to have no choice but to get an attorney.

I was pleased that Jason was able to complete the needed tire repair and alignment within the time frame I had requested.

The wife called for pricing to have tires mounted and balanced that where purchased somewhere else and was told $30.00 a tire and when I arrived to have service done was the. Told $40 a tire on top of $4 per valve stem when told service rep wife was told $30 for everything he said best he could do was $35 + $4 a tire making it a total of 39 a tire. Then wasn't told about a $15 dollar fee for shop supplies which wasn't to pleased with sence originally was told $30 a tire which would've been a total of 135 plus tax instead of almost 180 I paid. Will not do business with the location I went to. Didn't like getting told one price to get my business than upon arrival getting told another price. Would've just went to discount tire or Walmart.
