Very over priced alignment and didn’t even help my car drifting as i told the associate that was the problem the alignment that i “needed” did nothing

I made an appointment for 8:00 am on a Saturday morning to purchase 3 tires. I was late, showing up at 8:20. The clerk told me that I could wait because the tire installation and alignment would take 1.5 to 1.75 hours. I did not get out of the location until 11:50 meaning that my 1.75 hour service took 3.5 hours. The service staff did not let me know why it took so long to complete the job.

I made an appointment for 1pm I showed up at 1245 I was checked in by 1255. I was quoted an hour and 15 minutes. I received my car at 440. I received an update around 3 saying it would be pulled in soon but only because I was looking to see if my car moved. When I was checking out I was not offered an apology, thank you for your patience, nothing. What's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to wait as if I were a walk in.

If someone has an appointment make them a priority

Overbooked. Overpromised. Underperformed. 2nd time in a row that it took 2 hours. For an oil change with an appointment. There are other options for me. I will utilize them going forward.

If an appointment is made, that should be the priority. There's no reason a simple oil change took 4.5 hours when I had an appointment. I've never had an oil change take longer than 45 minutes. If the location is understaffed, at least say something during check in so the customer is prepared or can reschedule if they don't have time to wait that long.

Scheduled an appointment at 11am and since it took 2 and 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change i most likely won't return

$438.72 is an unreasonable price to pay for TWO tires. I appreciate you guys being able to get us in on a Sunday and a holiday, but the cost of those tires ruined Father’s Day. I had to use the money I planned to use to take my husband and father out because the cost of two tires was so expensive. If each tire was around $70, there’s no reason we should have paid more than $250, even with an alignment. When the customer service rep gave me the price, he did not explain where the other $300 in charges came from. Next time we’ll definitely be going to Discount Tire.

When your guys don’t put the wheel cap back on properly and it falls off as you pull out of the parking lot and run it over they should replace that for you
