Big O Tires

I brought ny vehicle in for routine Maint (oil & filter change, etc) otherwise vehicle running fine, until I brought the vehicle home. As I was driving home the vehicle began shaking and it stopped twice.

No one at the front desk when I got there. Manager prints out my car fax and proceeds to argue with me about what needs to be completed when I scheduled an oil change. Bad mouths another company because I got my tires done there instead. No communication throughout the oil change and took 1.5 for a 7am appointment.

Quit trying to upsell a customer because they came in with a coupon

I was charged as a package "deal" but it wasn't explained what all that entailed. I agreed to some of the "package" but wasn't made aware of items I couldn't use due to the vehicle. Example:2-TMPS rebuild kits--$60. This vehicle doesn't have TMPS. 2-3 year 4 wheel alignments $419.98. Impossible on this vehicle. Charged $23.99 To mount and balance, fine; but then an additional "Labor" charge of $927.66. I think I was taken advantage of and I'm highly dissatisfied.

Supposed to be an hour to an hour and a half for new tires and free alignment check. Waited almost 3 hours and just left without the free alignment due to the poor timing.

Need the Technician to do his job procortly. not just mark off on the sheet. A technician said he checked my radiator Fluid and a radiator just had water in it. But he said it was o k. The technician said my bush is were cracked. But never Greece them .

The pricing was not clearly explained at all until after I ran my card. I did not agree to the warranty on the tires that was $131 and stated on the receipt I agreed to it.

Oil change coupon for $16.99 (+ disposal fee) & 2 extra quarts of oil came to $29 and when I asked why so much I was told that’s the lowest price for oil change service.

I scheduled a 11:00 am oil change apt, service desk said it would be 1.5 hour job. I explained I had a flight to catch and it was imperative that I get car asap. The car was not ready until 3:30!!!!!! Unacceptable. Why did I bother with an appontment????
