Big O Tires

It was just to repair a tire that had a slow leak but they made it so easy. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to keep it right then and notified me by text that it was ready. I don't even think it took and hour. Great service and staff were all very courteous.

Knowledgeable staff (Jason Tostado) and time to complete the work. Didn't fee like I was being taken advantage of but being offered unneeded services which is a plus. Highly recommend Big O tires and they are now my new go to for vehicle maintenance. Jason was very professional and customer service oriented. The closing manager my apologies forgot his name was awesome. My only issue was there seemed to be a light white residue on the car when we picked up, think this was the headlight restoration service and was difficult to clean off.
