Big O Tires

I called a couple of days ahead to schedule an appointment for an oil change for my Mercedes e350. Tried to explain that the shop would probably need to order parts, but the associate said he could only schedule the appointment. At the time of service, the shop didn't have an oil filter on hand that fit my car and had to re-use the oil filter already on the vehicle. In the future, I will bring a new oil filter with me so that the oil filter can be changed.

My original location I bought all 4 tires from the summer of 2021 and the protection plan wouldn’t send over my paperwork at the new one I went to. I didn’t have it on me at the time I should of had in my car. I thought with Big O Tires you could go to any of them so I chose the one with the available time slot. Unfortunately the previous location wouldn’t help out sending over my paperwork.

Took much longer then other Big O location … ie. Show Low Az.

Took 45 minutes longer than quoted time. Price was within a few dollars of dealers price

The receipt shows air service and radiator service. Only 13,000 miles on vehicle and have a K&N air filter also brake fluid service that I feel I didn't need at 13,000 miles.

I was unsatisfied with cleanness because there was a customer siting in waiting area without a “mask” and I felt uncomfortable. I was unsatisfied with knowledge of associate because he couldn’t determine what may have cause my breaks to malfunction, although it wasn’t at the time I bought it in. I told him everything that took place at the time my breaks wasn’t working fully, but he stated nothing was detected but if it happens again to bring it down ASAP, the question is what about if I can’t when it happens again?

The time it took to complete the job was a lot longer than we were told. We would have made arrangements for someone to pick us up if we new it was going to be 4 hours!

For the first appointment of the day it shouldn’t take a hour and twenty minutes to do a oil change and rotate tires. I have worked at Big O for a year.

Wait time was too long for an oil change and tire rotation than normal

Out of your control, but the a/c unit wasn't working & the lobby area was hot. The pricing on the tires could have been better explained online. It came out to almost what I could have paid at Costco for less hassle.
