I had some minor things that bothered me. First, i asked them to call me after doing the alignment check before completing the alignment but they did not. They did tell me when I dropped it off that they would take a picture of the alignment before and after replacing the tires, but if they took pictures I never saw them. My second issue was how pushy the staff checking me out was with additional services, warranties, and credit card.

When we left the low tire pressure sensor came on. They over filled the tires

They didn't take off where the other oil change had been it's still in my window and they didn't write on my envelope anything about oil change or tires or when I should check the tread. Nothing is notated under tire rotation or oil change on the brown and white envelope

Overall very happy, no specific issues, time was long wait but that is the nature of waiting on services. Older over all lobby has a mechanics shop appearance.Just needs a face-lift to make it look better, up to date and clean.

I was told that it might take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to put 2 new front tires on my car and align them. It took over 3 hours.

Satisfied other than the price has nearly doubled in recent visits. For $70 I can go to dealership and get OEM ($80)
