Big O Tires

Took a long time but, it was pretty busy. Wish they had snack vending machines or some type of food would make the wait more tolerable.

I had a 7:00 am appointment. They didn’t start until 7:32. I had to complain to get the ball rolling. This is three times in a row!! Unacceptable!!

Everything was great, but prices are a little high.

If they were giving out free oil changes I would have been highly satisfied . For the most part I was satisfied overall

Difficult to find parking.

Everything is so expensive. Our economy is in total chaos.

Had to have the tires installed on a Sunday. Discount tire closed. Big O way too expensive for services that are better at Discount Tire.

I was there for 6 hours and was never told it would take that long and they kept finding more ways to charge me, 75-yr old disabled veteran.
